Alston was able to answer all of our questions and allowed us to try several of your rental kayaks and get a feel for the different designs which was very helpful to my wife who had not kayaked before. She was able to purchase one of your used kayaks and then you were able to order a new kayak for myself. I might have been able to get the same or lower price elsewhere on kayaks but I know I would never have gotten the customer service that Alston provided.
